Do you know the four most common uses of "nach" and how to use them in conversation?
The first most common way to use "nach" is when you want to say that you're going to another country:
"Nach" is used with any name of a place that does not have an article.
We want to fly to Canada in December.
Lets look at an example:
Imaging before you get started on your flight you're looking - "nach oben", to the top and to the bottom "nach unten". Then you look to the left, "nach links". Perhaps you also look "nach hinten", backwards to make sure everything is in order. In this context it means "to".
How would you say "to the right"
Find out by listening to the answer.
nach Hause is an expression that means home - as in “I’m going home”.
